WOW!!! What service I receive at Firestone complete auto care. So, I was drivin down 75, and the road was drenched - shoulda taken my center console in hindsight. Anyways, my car flew off the road, flipped 4 times, and landed upright, and by the grace of God I was fine. So, I took my vehicle to Firestone complete auto care and they told me my tires were BALD as a baby’s bum. Turns out you aren’t supposed to sand your tires down to the point of being smooth. They replaced them, and now my car is STUCK to all driving surfaces. These guys are like if doctors studied friction.

The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and very professional from start to finish. The shop itself was clean and well organized, which made the whole experience even better. Not the closest store to my home, but worth the drive for exceptional service, especially compared to the abysmal service from the Buford location on 20. They did not try to rip me off and explained in detail what was wrong with my vehicle.
