There were several people in line before me but I was taken back within 15 minutes. My wax specialist made me feel super comfortable and she was so sweet, which was perfect because I was a little nervous/self-conscious about my type of wax appt. 5 ⭐️

Amazing 10/10 experience! If you go, ask for hunter. She is so sweet and professional and did a fantastic job with my eyebrows!

They close at 7 but they stop taking people at 6 because their “wait time is too long” (there were 2 people waiting in their lobby). And the girl who is up front and answers the phone is always extremely rude and speaks to you like you’re stupid. It sucks for the waxer that they treat people so poorly up front. If you have a full time job I do not recommend them because they absolutely do not accommodate with their schedule and their times online are a lie.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I read most of the reviews before I went there and I noticed it was only women that have reviewed this place so I thought I’d give a man’s perspective. Guys, if you want your down stairs area to be clean and smooth go see Jen and the ladies and get you a brozillian. It’s not awkward and it doesn’t hurt that bad, and the couple parts that do hurt only hurt for about 3 seconds. It’s totally worth it, you’ll be smoother than you could ever imagine. Go do it!

I love this place and I fully recommend Hunter! At other places, I have had a lot of bruising after a wax. I have never bruised with Hunter! My skin is VERY sensitive and thought I was doomed to a life of bruising, break outs, rashes, and in-growns, but Hunter proved me wrong!

I’ve gotten waxing done a couple times before at this place, but my last experience has turned me away from going back. When I walked in and signed in, there was only one lady waiting ahead of me. A few minutes go by and she gets called back, so I’m thinking I will be next since they weren’t busy. About 20 to 25 minutes go by and now it is me and another African-American lady waiting in the area, however I can hear multiple aestheticians talking and laughing in the back rooms. When I finally got called back, I realized that the aesthetician I was waiting on was actually getting her OWN eyebrows waxed during the time I was waiting. She told me herself that’s what was going on. It’s shocking and kind of crazy for them to play with someone’s time like that, getting themselves waxed on the clock. I do wonder if this would have happened if it were another race of ladies waiting instead..probably not.
EDIT; You can see from the owners' reply that they are too busy trying to defend being discriminatory, while not explaining why a new hire was being trained when there were people actively waiting to be serviced. My estheticians eyebrows were bright red when I walked in the room..she clearly had just gotten them waxed.
