My dad's heat went out Sunday night and he is 82 years old. We called the company he had a contract with, but they do not do after our calls!?!?!? So I quickly turned to Georgia cooling. Within five minutes after calling and leaving a message, Bryce Wood called and said I'll be there in 15 minutes, sir. He was so thorough to troubleshoot and fix the issue. He explained to my father what the issue was and how he fixed it. What a polite, professional young man he is, thank you so much Georgia cooling and Bryce! I had no cool Air from upstairs a/c unit on a Saturday afternoon. I call Georgia Cooling after hours number and had a return call which resulted in a technician coming out (Sunday) next day. I had a leak that required more testing. Monday Morning I received a call from Georgia Cooling stating someone would be there by 12:00pm which the technician Chris and one more technician were at my home by 11:50am. Within a hour the leak was found and explained with a video. I agreed to the repair. Only negative was no shoe covers when going in and out home. Thanks Chris and Georgia Cooling.
