First time visiting with a new puppy. We were taken back immediately to a room away from the other animals. Looking forward to along relationship with them taking care of my puppies needs

Dr. Hodges and his staff are the best. His compassion for his patients and their owners is above compare. Over the years, he has helped my family with many routine and critical care issues. Coming in on his day off to kindly help end the suffering on dearly loved pets. Even with his national fame and success, he is the same kind, humble and loving person as he was the day he opened his practice. Thank you Dr. Hodges.

I just returned from a follow-up emergency appointment where my young lab had ingested parts of his kennel tray (a chewing machine!) The doctors and staff were exceptional and compassionate. My lab pup was great, problem averted, treatment was spot on to avoid any issues. In and out in less then 30 minutes and no charge for follow-up exam and instructions. Another 5 star for Dr. Hodges, the associate docs and the staff! Great job, our family appreciates Critter Fixer in Bonaire and Fort Valley locations.

Everyone was very helpful! Office and all surroundings were very clean and it also smelled really good! Definitely would recommend giving them a try!

I brought my baby in and he was so sick..I had took him to Emergency vet the night before in Warner Robins..he was pooping blood..they wouldn’t give him an IV even though I asked several times..by the time I got him to Critter fixer he was so bad he coded as soon as they got him in the back…I was so heart broken Critter Fixer was so nice and respectful..I wish I could have gotten him there sooner They were wonderful during the sad experience

We had to say goodbye to our dog of 14 years and Dr. Silva was very kind and compassionate. She really put my mind at ease about to whole situation and she seems very empathetic. I was surprised by the private room with couches that we were able to be in to say out goodbyes. They even had chocolates since that room is for goodbyes and most dogs never get to try chocolate. We even got a paw print with his name in clay which I was not expecting and really means alot to my children. Thank you and we will be seeing you again for out other pets

I love you guys! Mr.Rush is such an awesome person, he's informative and love Animals, the staff is friendly & professional.

Went in because my dog went limp and started foaming at the mouth. Explained to them what was going on, they ran some testings. Told me nothing looked wrong just guessed what it might have been. I took her home after paying an almost $500 bill just for her to die in my arms 5 minutes later. When I ran back to the vet the same people that said nothing looked wring didn't even bother to speak to us. This is the worst experience we have had and I believe that they did not fulfill their duties to check my dog out to their full capabilities! My poor girl was only 5 years old !

My poor baby was taken to one vet locally and then an emergency vet before I decided to take him here.
I feel like my concerns were taken seriously here and fhat my time nor his was wasted.
My boy has been out for one day and is already acting so much better.
