I cannot say enough wonderful things about Blossom’s Grooming Salon! From start to finish, the level of care, professionalism, and customer service was exceptional.
After noticing what looked like a small nick on my dog after his groom, I reached out with a concern. Carissa, the owner, immediately took the time to investigate, follow up with both the groomer and trainee involved, and communicate openly and honestly with me throughout the process. Not only did she take accountability, but she also used the situation as a training opportunity to help prevent future accidents.

This was our first time using Blossoms Grooming, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! We had previously attended her nail-grinding clinics at Pet Supplies Plus and loved how attentive and caring she was with our pups.
Our big pup is almost 5 months old and is still getting used to baths and brushing, while our little pup has pretty high anxiety. Despite that, both dogs were happy, relaxed, and excited when we picked them up.
In the past, when we took our older pup to PetSmart, he never wanted to go inside and would come out shaking. The difference was night and day.

I cannot recommend Gabby enough! She always goes above and beyond. She does such a great job with my doodle, Travie! No matter what style I ask for, she executes it perfectly, making him look so good every time!
