I cannot say enough wonderful things about Blossom’s Grooming Salon! From start to finish, the level of care, professionalism, and customer service was exceptional.
After noticing what looked like a small nick on my dog after his groom, I reached out with a concern. Carissa, the owner, immediately took the time to investigate, follow up with both the groomer and trainee involved, and communicate openly and honestly with me throughout the process. Not only did she take accountability, but she also used the situation as a training opportunity to help prevent future accidents.
What impressed me most was the kindness, transparency, and genuine care she showed for both my pet and my concerns. Accidents can happen anywhere, but it’s how a business responds that truly matters—and Blossom’s exceeded every expectation. Carissa even offered a partial refund, which was completely unexpected and deeply appreciated.
It’s clear that the team at Blossom’s treats every pet as if they were their own and values the trust their clients place in them. That level of integrity is hard to find.
