I love the communication at this place. The owners seem very caring, patient and knowledgeable. The only thing that made me uneasy was that they welcome you to come for a tour, but they don't really show you around much at all. However, my dog stayed for 6 nights and came home happier than I left her. I would recommend this place for overnight stays and I will be trying out the daycare option next! It is a smaller facility and they don't mix the dogs from different families, so that's something unique I was looking for. My 6 month old golden loved this place.
Updating my review because we still use Waggin Tails 5 years later. From the staff to my tired, happy pup after pickup - Waggin tails holds my heart. Ashland and Kristin have both remembered my son’s name when we drop off or pick up and they always ask after my family. Truly wonderful people who care and look after your fur babe so you can have stress free trips. They also have monitored my dogs health and *bodily functions* and when things seemed wrong, they would contact me. 10/10 or I guess 5/5 in Google terms ❤️
This was the first time I have used a boarding facility and I have a new 10 month old Schnauzer . I did a 1 day trial for him then a 2 day overnight stay.Kristin made me feel so at ease and my dog loves her!
I love that I found a place I can trust with my furry son !
