Russell with Stiles Services delivered excellent service. We were without heat and Russell was there to provide expertise in less than 24 hours. He replaced a fuse and installed a new thermostat. He was knowledgeable and explained our problem in layman’s terms. We highly recommend this company.

I'm very impressed with this company. I tend to measure a company by its employees. I've used them for HVAC system and today plumbing. This must be a great company to work for; all of the employees I've had the pleasure to interact with have been very professional, friendly and responsive. Sebastian was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem and offered several solutions. He was pleasant and it was nice to see someone who appeared to enjoy their job.
