I have had a service contract with Blount for 10+ years and started by getting great customer service from Mr Blount himself. Now, when my unit is way past end of life (I’m pretty sure due to excellent maintenance ) I’m working with his daughter and son in law to get all the effective hours I can from my current units while having a plan to replace them efficiently when needed. They did a maintenance check on a broken, 27 year old HVAC system. The check let me know what I thought I already knew, at a very low cost. Complete HVAC replacement with a modern system at a good price, not too high but low enough for what I was replacing. Parts on hand! A good known name with work start a day after for replacement! They replaced a different unit for for me 3 years ago and have excellent craftsmanship with competitive pricing!
We had an issue with our condenser today - a commercial unit they did not install, and a system that they have never worked on, and know nothing about. Ivan came out at 4:30 - 4:45 today and stayed until 7:30, patiently and strategically working on it until he got it running. I cannot thank them enough for their help.
