I was connected to Josh and he was so kind and prompt with providing information and a photo of the grave. I am so thankful for Josh who helped me through this process which he made seamless. They patiently walked me through the very difficult process of selecting the perfect headstone for my husband, providing guidance while honoring our requests. They also offer the latest in technology, which is a scannable QR code that can be placed on the headstone that allows access to uploaded photos and videos! Such a great way to remember a loved one! They also use the best etchers to ensure quality artwork. They also installed the headstone when the ground was soft, but didn't tear up the ground around it. They were kind, patient, and accomodating, and we are so pleased with the finished, installed monument.
