“Chuck was extremely patient since this was my first tattoo without using numbing cream before the appointment. He ran to grab me a soda and gave me some time when I became light headed a couple minutes in. Both him and the owner Daniel made me feel much better about the situation and shared some crazy tattooing stories. Chuck kept me talking the entire time to keep my mind off the pain.
