Love Cinay. She always cuts my hair the exact way I ask. She's also nice and easy to talk to. I often feel uneasy when getting my hair cut. Cinay really helps me get comfortable and feel reassured. I'm happy with my hair every time and the prices are unbeatable. I won't go to anyone else!
