I had an outstanding experience with Smile Blue Ridge Dentistry. Even before my visit, the process was seamless – I filled out forms beforehand, making everything easy and efficient. The dental hygienist was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive. Meeting the doctor further solidified the positive experience; their professionalism and care were evident throughout. The entire team at Smile Blue Ridge Dentistry impressed me, and I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. 100% satisfaction.

My experience was nothing less than perfect. The office coordinator that scheduled my appointment was polite and directed me through their new patient intake prior to my treatment day. When I arrived for my appointment the staff were welcoming checking me in and directing me to the refreshments. Within minutes I was taken back by my Hygienist Rebecca who provided me with a tour of their beautiful state of the art facility, being my first time there, and proceeded to provide exceptional care from start to finish. Best dental experience I've ever had. Top notch office. Compassionate staff. Very calm environment. Professional, pleasant and patient with me and my severe anxiety as a veteran with PTSD. The Dentist had wonderful chair side manner. From the first call when I scheduled my appt, to the process of completing forms online, to my time in the chair was excellent!
