The process of building a house with Chris was great. We first talked with Chris at the Builder Showcase in Blue Ridge. After initial discussions, he made an appointment with us and came out to our house the next week to discuss details. As we were describing what we wanted, he began to draw out a floor plan of a house he had built in the past that was exactly what we wanted. After agreeing on the floor plan, Chris went to work and gave us a quote within a few days. We spoke, in total, to 4 different builders, and he gave us the fastest turnaround time on floor plans and cost estimates than any.
