Amazing staff, grounds, and healing at this gem. I attended a retreat for 3 days. There were beautiful walking trails, studio space, sleeping quarters, and more. It was definitely a beautiful and rejuvenating experience. The chef prepared wonderful and fresh meals daily. I definitely recommend any occasion where you need to disconnect, rediscover yourself, and become one with nature.

Beautiful property and lodges. Went for a Retreat. Modern facilities, colorful in decor. WOW what a ride up to it ( lol...flat Florida girl here) town at bottom is cute and ez access.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this retreat center. We took a large group of 20 people from our yoga studio to Heartwood Health and Yoga in November for a yoga and sound healing retreat. Christina, the director, made everything so easy and effortless from the booking process to our arrival and our three-night stay on the property. And Ken, the owner of the property, is a very kind gentleman who has obviously poured a lot of love into this special space.Christina and her assistants made sure to honor special dietary restrictions in her food preparation, which was so delicious.
