Hard to get them to answer the phone. Got my mugs which look great except it appears all the imaging is backwards....which means all the wording is in reverse. I don't know if that is normal or not....and I can't get them to answer the phone to find out? Will update if I ever get a response from them
honestly amazing people, and every single thing I have got from them is STUNNING! I love every cup I have received and my sister in law got me hooked because of a beautiful pocket charm that has some of my favorite people in it ❤️ Then made a custom world of warcraft cup for my hubs! I give them a full 10/10
