I got my nails done almost a week ago and paid 60$ for pink and white ombre acrylic. The lady burned one of my nails with the drill during the process and one of my thumb nails was much shorter than the other. However I tried to blow it off. One of my nails started hurting and my acrylic nail ended up popping off. That's when I noticed there was a bigger problem. I had a fungus/bacterial infection under my acrylic on my real nail!! I immediately popped the rest of my nails off to find it trying to form of 4 others. I went in to the salon today to try and speak to them about it and they told me it wasn't their fault and tried to say it was just my body. I've never had anything like this form on my nails and I've been getting acrylics for years. And for them to not even take accountability for it is even worse. I plan on taking the problem to the health department and even told them that while they continued to say it was just my body and it was nothing they did wrong.
