Tim from Blue Ridge Computers is the perfect example of everything I love about Blue Ridge. This is a man who's main driver is helping. I have an arcade from a company I purchased that went out of business, so when that arcade started having issues i couldn't find help. Being that it's basically a computer in an arcade cabinet, Tim was my hail Mary call and he has come through in every way possible. Tim did a phenomenal job repairing my laptop computer when the hard drive failed. I was impressed with how fast he got the work done, and the fee was very reasonable. I'd absolutely recommend Blue Ridge Computers without hesitation. Will definitely be using him again in the future.

I took my laptop into Blue Ridge Computers. The mic had not worked for months. When on my zoom semiars I had to call in or use my tablet, which does not work for me. I had previously taken it to my computer guy in Atlanta with no results. I had also had a computer friend spend several hours with me trying to isolate the problem. Blue Ridge Computers evidently has magic fingers and fixed it in no time. I highly recommend.
