“Having Westbrook install a new roof on my home was surprisingly stress free, Todd Chalfant the owner came out and walked us step by step through the process.A new shingle roof should never be installed over the old shingle meaning the old shingle had to be torn off , ugh!! Westbrook went through Great lengths to protect my landscaping, tarps completely surrounded my Home, items that needed to be removed for protection were moved or covered. The clean up was spotless and very meticulous, it was apparent the crew Westbrook used has worked with him a long time as everything was organized. Todd the owner was constantly on the roof to detect anything that could potentially be a problem, rotten decking, adequate fasteners from original construction etc. There were a couple problem areas that he corrected and did not try and “upcharge” me. Everything was done as previously discussed and written in our contract and a few additional to boot! They were there on time, worked very hard, they do not work fast but they are continuous and steady! I liked having my roof replaced with no hidden fees, done on time with top of the line quality by a contractor that is fully insured! But Alison was extremely professional, saw the oversight with my appointment, and quickly fixed it. She apologized for the phone communication mix up, and promptly sent the guys out the next day. I would highly recommend them, noone is perfect but as a business they saw their mistake apologized and corrected it and did an amazing job. Pine straw is nice and clean too.“
