If I could give more stars I would!! All the staff is very kind,helpful and polite! This is the first PCP visit I have had in a long time where I left feeling like something was done and going to continue being done!! I’ve been struggling with a bunch of health issues for the 3-4 years and every single time I would go see my original PCP she would either shrug it off and like it was nothing to be concerned about or she would refer me to a specialist! Never actually took the time to listen to my concerns!! Not this time,I finally felt like I was being heard!!!
Everyone here is amazing! Dr. Sopt is the best doctor ever! Takes his time, listens, knows me and my issues, always makes me feel important. The front desk employees and lab techs are also incredible. It's refreshing to have a doctor you don't dread going to see.
The staff at Piedmont Physicians of Bethlehem is very friendly and helpful. My original Doctor left Piedmont Physicians of Bethlehem,but I'm also pleased with
Doctor Richards who is also very concerned about the needs and health of the patient.
