Super professional. I was very impressed with not only the quality of the work but with the extremely professional behavior of the techs that work here. As a walk-in i did have to wait my turn, which is incredibly fair and I was glad to oblige. Despite it being near closing at that point my tech dutifully allowed me a smoke and quickly went to work on my hands like it was his first of the day. Didn't end up finishing well over an hour AFTER closing and I never even felt any negative energy. I will DEFINITELY be returning!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Started promptly at my exact appointment time. All staff were very friendly and professional. Relaxing and enjoyable environment. I will definitely make future appointments. Extremely happy with my nails 👌😊
Updated from 1 star. Called in to let them know I was displeased with the nails I got. They had me immediately come in and fixed the issue free of charge. Now THAT is good customer service . 5 stars. Good job guys.
