Our son loved the experience of the Tae Kwon Do class. The kids were all engaged and learning together. The instructor seemed to always encourage and support them while learning new techniques. If it weren't for us moving out of town he'd still be a student there. An added compliment.The guy in the front office of the connected gym is super kind and friendly.
Great staff and owners! They carry a wide range of supplements, including an all natural sleep aid, which I love. Oh and I hear the taekwondo instructor is not too shabby ;)Check it out!!
This place is great. They do more kinds of martial arts than just tae Kwon do and the have a full fitness center with free weights and machines. They also offer massage and acupuncture all at the same place.
