Somehow, a fitting failed on ‘our side’ of the meter, so water authority wouldn’t fix it. Called Performance at 6:30 am to leave a message and they acknowledged by text and email. Showed up at the front end of their arrival window and were gone in 1-1/2 hours. Texted pics since I wasn’t there, sent invoice and paid up. Always excellent quality repair and service.
