My water heater was making a very loud noise. I was freaking out! I called Heritage Plumbing and they tried to walk me through on the phone, but I couldn't turn the knob. They sent Tony over within the hour and he took care of it. Very professional and friendly. I appreciate them very much!
After trying a different plumbing business who charged us and then ghosted, we called Heritage and they came out the next day. Victor came and ran a camera. He explained and showed us what everything was & answered all our questions. Super nice and professional. Very satisfied with the service! Won’t be using anyone but Heritage Plumbing from now on!
Thank y’all so much Heritage Plumbing. Tony and Victor are fabulous as well as all your staff. Y’all are the best in Ball Ground, Georgia, USA and the world. Down home integrity, classiness with southern hospitality charm.
