Well, lets us say I hate paying money for anything. I just retired and bought a house in Colquitt, GA with the Mrs. Well the a/c unit was over 20 years old and had a leaking air handler in attic. The 2nd. company I called (Coopers) came and knew of the house old problem and didn't have an issue installing 2 new units where and how I wanted. Saying that, it wasn't easy for the Techs. to take out old air handler and duct-work and install new duct in the small crawl space. K.C. (not sure I spelled that right) and crew came and got the job done! Nick made sure I got a text that they were on their way everyday. We recommend William Jacobs on his attention to us and courteous attitude. Easy to communicate with and efficient service. Cooper management was very lacking in scheduling and upon requesting a call from manager...well still waiting after more than a week!

Ryan was knowledgeable, and prompt. He diagnosed and completed the repair in 20 mins and the AC unit is back up and running. Considering the part (capacitor) and the labor time, the price was on the high end...also considering we paid to be on the discount program. I would have given 5 stars if the price were more reasonable.
