From appt #1, Janai had my admiration and loyal patronage. Initially we needed to reschedule and she was professional, kind and thoughtfully accommodating. Her smile and sincerity were welcoming, her touch was gentle and technique is **chef’s kiss**. My brows looked amazing and she took the time to go over my desired looks and goals. Janai is truly amazing at what she does. I refuse to get my eyebrows done by anyone else. Janai shapes my eyebrows to where it frames my face perfectly and I always can’t stop looking at them in mirror when I get them done. They look that good!
