“Sugar Polish has to be one of my favorite places to get my nails done. The vibe and atmosphere is elegant and beautiful. Of course, there is free parking, which is always nice! Everyone there is extremely friendly, offer you a drink, and listen and actually do your nails exactly like you want them. They are friendly and very clean! On a side note, I accidentally chipped my bail a few days later ( my own fault) and came by towards the end of the day and they redid and fixed the nail at no charge, now that's customer service. I highly recommend this location and have refered many friends to get their nails done here.“

“I have been loyal to Eleven Nail Bar since their opening, and their customer service is top-notch. I always feel welcome here; the team is professional, polite, and friendly. They are a young and passionate team, greeting you with a smile as soon as you walk through the door, It's hard to find a nail salon that meets your needs without feeling overwhelmed or overcharged, but Eleven Nail Bar is different. The atmosphere is aesthetic and clean. If you are in West Midtown or nearby, definitely check out Eleven Nail Bar. Even though I have moved, I still drive hours to get my services here.

They greet you right away and they do everything to make sure you're comfortable. Nathalie did my pedicure and she did not miss!! I have NEVER had someone pay so much attention to my feet.
