Dr. Malone has been my family doctor for years. Very professional, courteous, and experienced. He really cares about his patients and can diagnose a problem that other doctors miss. Had a great experience at this office! Dr. Alexandra Smith and her team were very kind and listened to my concerns. Had a new patient appointment and got all I was looking for and even got blood work done as well. The 2 women at the front desk checking in patients were a bit rude and dismissive with patients and questions that some people were asking. They need to be a bit kinder and patient when dealing with customers. I understand working in customer service can be very challenging and frustrating at times but they are the first patient interaction at the office. Will definitely return for Dr. Alexandra Smith!
