“Been seeing this practice for approx. 16 visits now for issues related to Herniated Discs. I have learned through going here that exercise is key to my issues and relieving lower back pain. They have the machines needed to get the best treatment for what I have and Dr Alex does treatments that have helped relieve the pain also. The exercise area is small but plenty of room for the machines- best thing is you get one on one help and rarely need to wait for the next machine.”
“This place has worked wonders with my recovering leg. Very professional and clean environment. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Ms Jacqueline has helped me gain strength and mobility while showing me a plethora of exercises I can do at home. I highly recommend 👌”
