I recently tried this cleaner for the first time, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. Despite dropping off my clothes looking clean, they came back with wrinkles pressed into them, making me question if they were even cleaned properly. The overall experience was not satisfactory, and I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. It's a shame because the location is convenient, but the quality of service did not meet my expectations.

I've been using Ellen's cleaners for 5 years now and I've always been pleased with the service. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and their prices are reasonable.
