First time visit to the office and seeing Dr. Henderson. Great experience from check in, to check out. Her MA Ingrid was very informative. Even though I had a slight wait Dr. Henderson was personable, down to earth and she apologized for keeping me waiting. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a dermatologist!
Update: Over 2 years later and still seeing Dr. Henderson. She is also my son and my sister's dermatologist (from my referral). She is excellent and the staff in the office is amazing as well. 10/10 would highly recommend.
My 10 year old son recently saw Dr. Catherine Warner for a skin disorder. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly staff and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. We did not wait long at all to be seen. The facility and exam rooms were very clean. Dr. Warner examined my son's skin and she knew right away what is was! We thought it was something worse like chicken pox or monkey pox, but she assured me that it definitely was not. She is friendly, professional, smart, and very educated about skin disorders.
