I had an AC unit replaced by Airborne about six months ago. Michael was able to get me on the schedule within a week of the initial estimate and gave me a competitive offer. What impressed me the most was the dedication to getting the job done right. A return trip was required to route a drain line, and once Michael saw that the easier routing would not allow for access to the filter, he did the extra work to route the line up and around the filter access. It's a small thing, and probably only took an additional 45 minutes of work. But I appreciated he took the time to do it right. Highly recommended.
I switched to this company a year ago ever since my husband mentioned something always seems to go wrong with his mini split after the other company we used beforehand serviced it. We told Michael about our issues with the minisplit when he came in and he told me up front that he does not usually work or mess with it because of the complexity of parts and other components involved and we totally appreciate his honesty. However, he did take a quick look and gave us his best assessment on the matter which was very helpful and we were able to work through it with the manufacturer because of it. Just wanted to say best company for heating and air, I have had experience with. I truly appreciate the honesty. I knew what the problem was and Michael came out and gave the most honest answer. He did a great job at our house, given all the untrustworthy people out there our house and company appreciate it.
