I saw both veterinarians since I have 3 dogs. They did amazing with all of them. The vet and vet techs were very patient and willing to work with my dog, who has had trauma in the past. Worked very well with my service dog and meeting my needs. Overall, wonderful experiences!!

Dr Jones and her compassion for the pets she treats is insurmountable. Dr Jones and the staff at Tribbys was top notch. Our sweet girl was not doing well and Dr Jones and her staff treated her with the best care and kept her comfortable.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Mark. During my visit, I was told that if I did not allow my dog to receive a third NEEDLE STICK—a free heartworm blood test—he would refuse to administer the rabies vaccine and other services I came in for that day. When I declined the extra NEEDLE STICK, Dr. Mark went as far as to call me “ignorant,” which I found highly unprofessional.

My decision had nothing to do with cost—I simply did not want my dog to undergo three separate NEEDLE STICKS in one day. Had the heartworm test been offered on another visit, the situation could have been resolved easily. Instead, I quietly took my dog and left.

I do not feel comfortable entrusting my dog’s care to a veterinarian who handles clients in this manner.

I want to extend an apology to the new veterinary technician who seemed visibly uncomfortable with the way Dr. Mark spoke to me. I truly hope she finds a workplace that values and respects both its staff and clients.

I would give no stars if I could.

It is difficult to place trust in someone who lacks transparency and demonstrates dishonesty.”

“I stand corrected, as these were not injections. I am not a veterinary professional and was referring simply to being stuck by a needle. Accountability is essential, and transparency carries even greater value”.

Brought a stray dog into who was in bad shape. Staff wouldn’t see the dog. They wanted me to fill out a lot of paperwork as the dog suffered. They cared more about payment than caring for the poor animal.

I had to bring a sweet pet sitting pup of mine in this morning for an ear infection! I had an 8:55 appointment, walked right in, and she was seen right away. The front staff was sweet, and very attentive. The tech I dealt with was ON IT, and has the best personality for this job. Our vet who seen us was to the point, and very descriptive with what was needed with her medication, and ear drops! 10/10, I will be recommending this clinic!

I don't often write reviews but needed a vet in town and Tribby's was closest and they have been so wonderful. I've never had to wait when I go in for appointments. Someonen takes me back before I can even sit. Then at the end, they come to check you out in the exam room you're in so you don't have to wait in line at the font desk with your pet. The vet I've seen has been so kind to answer all my questions. In addition, my dog, a mini dachshund, can be a little nervous. When I take her in she is shaking but when she comes back from the exam room she seems happy and isn't shaking. I told them she must like that! Very happy so far that I went with them.

The people on the reception desk are so mean. They could care less about my pet(s). The doctor was recommended by a family member. My daughter was told, “You bring your dog in for everything.” That was strike one. Our pets are family to us. When in doubt we find out the same thing I have done with my children.

I attempted to make an emergency appointment for our elderly pet and was told that rectal bleeding could wait until her regular appointment 3 days later. I asked if I decided to change vets would they send my dog(s) records. She said, “Sure” and did not attempt to keep us as customers. We had been customers there over 3 years. We were very, very confused as to why we were treated that way.

Martinez Animal Hospital is very attentive and the receptionists are very kind to us and loving to our pets.

We deserved better treatment for the money we’ve paid there….
