Mr. Marvin is an absolute delight. My father passed away last year and of course, my mom’s A/C went out this year. She was nervous about making such a large purchase without the guidance and knowledge of my father, but Mr. Marvin made the experience as easy as he possibly could! The area where the unit needed to go had been subject to a tremendous amount of water in years past that would enter the crawl space through the area around the vents and flood our downstairs. Needed a new a/c unit. Contacted 3 companies. One company said it would be several days before someone could get out to give me an estimate (I was currently their customer). Another company set an appt and didn't show up or call. Marvin Toulson was recommended to me by a good friend who had used him. I called him and he returned my call within minutes, and came out that same afternoon to give me an estimate the following morning. He is a Carrier dealer but can offer Trane as well. I only waited 3 days for the installation, which was completed in less than 3 hours. Responds quickly, very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain details.
