This is my second time using this company and I can only say good things about it.Song is attentive to detail, informs you of how she will do your alterations, and asks questions to make sure you get what you want. Be sure to ask her any questions you have!Like another reviewer on here, I highly recommend paying in cash - it will be easier for both you and Song.I cannot wait to continue to provide my business for her!
Excellent service. For those that have given less than great reviews, keep in mind that they do quality work, quickly, hence the higher price you pay for their services.I always over-communicate with Ms. Song whenever I need something sewn. Even when a mistake was made, she quickly corrected it for free (this was my fault for not being clear about switching out a uniform patch).Any pricing I talk about beforehand and pay in cash. This is an honest business that does GREAT WORK. Communicate clearly about what you want to be altered (bring photo helps), PAY IN CASH ONLY, and take the time to get measured by Ms. Song before you drop off a garment for fitment alterations.
