Excellent service. For those that have given less than great reviews, keep in mind that they do quality work, quickly, hence the higher price you pay for their services.I always over-communicate with Ms. Song whenever I need something sewn. Even when a mistake was made, she quickly corrected it for free (this was my fault for not being clear about switching out a uniform patch).Any pricing I talk about beforehand and pay in cash. This is an honest business that does GREAT WORK. Communicate clearly about what you want to be altered (bring photo helps), PAY IN CASH ONLY, and take the time to get measured by Ms. Song before you drop off a garment for fitment alterations.
Used them for Marine Corps service shirt. Absolutely phenomenal experience with them. Dropped off around lunch for rank and slight adjustments. Got it back same day. I had to take it back for placement of the rank (it was my fault) and she fixed it on the spot 10 minutes before close and didn’t charge. Will be back again!!
