I would definitely consult with Ramsey Restoration again. They explained the process thoroughly and I just had too trust the process and be flexible with scheduling and undersatand that I was not thier only customer/client. We absolutely love working with Sallie Shuford at Rumsey Construction - she is the best! She is always available and extremely competent in her field. Plus she does what she says she is going to do, and that right there is gold. Call her for any of your construction or remediation needs!
We had a water leak from our A/C unit in the attic. Ethan was awesome! He came in, evaluated our situation and got right to work.
He did everything not to inconvenience me as I worked. He cleaned up behind himself and made sure I approved of his cleaning. He was very kind and considerate. I can't thank him enough for his commitment to a job well done.
