“I recently had major damage to my fascia and soffits. I called several places, but no one returned my calls. Even though Mr. Raborn thought my number was a "telemarketer," he answered. When I explained the situation, he immediately set up a date and time for an estimate. My repairs were small, but I felt he treated me as if I was a major project that would be worth tens of thousands of dollars. He worked the project himself and noticing that I had lost some soffits around a dormer, he gave me a quote to fix it. I accepted his offer, because quotes were well within the ranges that I had determined on the internet, for my area. The quality of his work was unparalleled, and for both of the repairs his craftsmanship was better than the house's original construction. NOW, for me the truly important factors in customer service are integrity, reliability and honesty. Mr. Raborn demonstrated them all as he completed my repairs. He continually informed me of when he would be returning to complete tasks, and if he had a delay, he would address it openly. He seemed to have, at all times, my interest in mind, and he went into detailed discussions about the reasons he chose to complete a repair. He'd then let me choose, which option I wanted him to execute. I don't believe, nor do I wish to have any other roof repairs, soon. “I had roof damage that I knew of and didn't know. They made a repair but noted that the repair would fix that specific problem but I had other roofing issues that needed to be fixed as well. They helped me put in an insurance claim and was supportive enough to help me with my deductible by absorbing that cost by using the money I paid them for my r recent repair. Finally they proved they cared about me as a customer and completed repairs of all my roofs with superior quality shingles, moderning my roof venting system and keeping there word by completing the job for what the insurance company paid me for my claim.It's hard to find businesses willing to keep there word evenwhen it looks like it won't be it there favor. “Based on customer reviews, we chose E-Z Roofing for our gutter replacement project. They installed a gutter system that includes a gutter helmet, and also a sun tunnel for our living room. After researching, we opted for a sun tunnel rather than skylight for our home's particular needs. We had a living room with inadequate light coming from one corner, but now with a sun tunnel installed we have plenty of natural light, and I must say our family is very pleased with the outcome. There was one issue that came up later regarding excess rain coming down the roof valley, which caused overshooting the gutter. Joe was contacted, an assessment was made, and soon Colby came over and installed a splash guard, which seems to solve the problem now.E.Z Roofing is a family oriented company. I can’t say enough good things to express my satisfaction with their work and communication style. From the big boss, Joe, down to the office staff and field crew were very professional and cordial.
