Simply the best customer service in the CSRA Area. No waiting weeks to get put on a schedule. They checked the issue on Friday and had a crew there on Monday. The work was very professional and the results excellent. I recommend them for all your roofing needs. Additionally, the cost was super reasonable compared to others in this area.
I want to thank sterling and the RL Hayes Roofing company crew for making this such a great experience replacing my roof. They were proficient and the communication in explaining how the whole process work was awesome. The team worked quickly. Within 8 hours are roof was completed done. They clean everything up before they leave. The only thing that is negative is they drop the heavy items on the roof, and it shakes everything a lot inside my home.
