These folks are absolutely wonderful. They are both professional and compassionate. They have turned one of the worst experiences of my life into a manageable situation. And they have kept me informed every step of the way. If I could give them 100 stars that still wouldn't be enough praise.

I had a tree fall on my roof at 4pm, I called PuroClean of Augusta and had tarps, 3D scans of the damaged rooms and exterior pictures by 7:30pm. Aaron and his team were so respectful and detailed throughout the process. Thank you!

PuroClean to the rescue!! We came home about 10:00 at night (last Saturday) to find that our dishwasher had leaked in our kitchen. Water was all under our LVP and it was a mess. We quickly filed a claim with our insurance and they referred PuroClean to us. They were there by 11:00 that night taking care of us. The team of Darien, Curtis, and Aaron were not only helpful but very kind and encouraging. Darien specifically took care of us for the next several days. He gave us full reports and recommendations.
