I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my mother’s experience today (Thursday, June 18, around 11 a.m.) was disappointing.

She stopped in to purchase a few balloons and was told to wait while an employee finished a large balloon order. She patiently waited approximately 15 minutes. During that time, a white male customer walked in and was greeted warmly and helped before her, despite arriving after she did and not appearing to have a preorder.

My mother then continued waiting while the employee chatted with others. Whether intentional or not, the experience left her feeling overlooked and treated differently than other customers.

Only giving a two star for the two young ladies that work the front register. The individual responsible for making signs is VERY rude. She cut down one of her co- workers after accusing her of popping a balloon making a sly remark about helping customers before knowing in full detail what happened. The customer had to speak up to say that it was her that did it. Then, My daughter picked up a ball… mind you she’s one and she threw it on the way to pay for it and she yelled out at us. If you hate your job don’t show up and take it out on the customers.
