The staff is understanding, helpful, and affectionate, ensuring every pet feels like part of the family. The veterinarians, including Doctor K, offer exceptional care, including emergency services, and thoroughly examine and treat each animal, resulting in successful recoveries. Clients have praised the hospital's service and support, with one customer grateful for the care provided to their pet Coco, and another recommending the clinic as a "forever vet" after the successful treatment of rescued kittens. The hospital has also successfully treated various pet injuries, including a cat's ripped-out third eyelid and a severely cut arm, leaving no scarring. Clients have highly recommended Paradise Animal Hospital to anyone in need of veterinary care.
I am so grateful for the entire staff at Paradise Animal Hospital. Peggy listened to my urgent concern for my dog who was having abdominal pain. She managed to squeeze me in for a same day appoinment. The Veterinary Assistant, Jesse, reviewed the entire history of the situation and treated my dog as if he were her own. Jesse shared everything that they may need to do for my dog. I did not meet Dr. Henderson until after my dog was thoroughly evaluated in her office/treatment room. Dr. Henderson provided a systematic and detailed narrative of her findings. Dr Henderson and her staff are extremely friendly, understanding, and passionate about what they do. Anytime my dog's had an issue, Dr. Henderson and her staff accommodate us as quickly as possible. The reliability and expertise Dr. Henderson provide are invaluable. Stryker and I really appreciate you and the rest of the Paradise staff !
I have not used the hospital, vet, or boarding services, only the crematory services. But they are so compassionate when I have had my animals cremated. Very kind people and they have handled 3 of my animals with dignity after their passing. Very affordable cremation packages and my babies were back with me quickly. I am very pleased with their service and would highly recommend.
