These are the kindest bunch of people. I know my pets are in great hands here. My girl fur baby was diagnosed with cancer and Mary and Dr. talked to me and really answered my questions and concerns.

After having another Veterinary Hospital perform a Hematoma surgery twice with no interactions with the doctor, only staff, and constantly calling due to the ear not healing and getting worse I decided to take her to a St. Francis and greeted by the staff that was kind and compassionate and met with 2 doctors that spoke to us, explained their plans to correct the issue and immediately took her in to perform surgery that day. Upon release they provided us with proper medication, a typed explanation of what they did and photos of their microscopic find. I was so satisfied and grateful that I will never take my pets anywhere else.

I brought my dog in on short notice for fleas and they saw us within 15 minutes. Dr. Berkshire was incredibly thorough, patient, and kind! She didn’t rush, answered every question, and made sure I understood everything. By far, hands down the best vet experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had many experiences with so many different doctors in the past. None of them compared to how amazing and honest she was! Highly recommend Dr. Berkshire and the whole team!!
