The customer service was great the nurses and doctors were professional and friendly. The only thing I see they could improve on is learning to take blood pressure properly for more accuracy.

I needed a DOT physical right then and on the spot, they took me in set me up with the physician and got me out with my DOT physical in the same day. No questions asked great place great people.

Hagler Systems uses the Augusta Nova Medical Center for all our occupational health needs. Our Industrial Director is kind, attentive to our needs, and always makes sure to follow up. Their secure Occuflex employer portal makes communication, sending authorizations, pulling reports, obtaining results, and paying invoices super easy. We have been using Nova since their office opened in 2014 for all of our pre-employment drug testing, annual DOT Physicals, visual acuity exams, and injury care.
