Very short wait and nice staff. Arielle and Janiah at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. They were attentive to me and other patients waiting. The APRN, Irene, that saw me was efficient and open to hearing my own thoughts/concerns and comfortability with medication options. My prescription was called into my pharmacy within 5 minutes of me leaving!

The entire process from beginning to end was quick and seamless. The front desk staff was efficient and polite. They got me back to a room very quickly and got my vitals done with a quick questionnaire. It was only a couple of minutes before the LPN came into to assess me and she listened and she heard me and she acknowledged my concerns. it was an excellent experience and the best urgent care I have ever visited since moving to N Augusta.

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon and there were able to see my toddler (2 year old) immediately. New patient paperwork was minimal and the doctor Dr Teeter was awesome. They have the ability to do X-rays on site and was able to identify the problem realign daughters elbow in minutes. Thanks again, will definitely recommend and will come back.
