I've been coming to Lou's for well over 20 years, and he definitely gives the best haircut in the CSRA!!! I've tried others & I've been disappointed! Lou is the best!!!!

The two guys that run this place are very friendly and the place is very comfortable when you have to wait. Make sure you bring cash though. I generally always have a twenty with me.Which will cover the cut and a tip.
