My son had back to back strep and ear infections, so before he could get in for tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy/ear tubes, we were here...A LOT. We practically lived in their office. The staff is wonderful, the NP (Rebecca) is phenomenal. The only downside I ever had was when I tried to establish my own primary care here, because it is an urgent care facility, it is billed to insurance as an urgent care visit and not a primary care visit (which the copay is substantially higher for in my case). They were wonderful and did their absolute best to help me out, and it was 100% a miscommunication on my part. Even though nothing could be done, they STILL get my 5 stars because they are great humans.
Very friendly staff and doctors ! The wait time is amazing! Very prompt, and professional The facility is very clean! They even offer toys and stickers to the kids after the visit !!
Dr. Shawn and her two assistants Kenyatta and Jaz were absolutely amazing. They were through and great with my son.
