Overall, the clinic provides a trusted environment where women feel cared for and respected throughout their reproductive health journeys.
Dr. Charity was my OB during my pregnancy and my experience couldn’t have been better. As a first time mom I was extra precautious and nervous to become a mom, but Dr. Charity and his staff took great care to ensure I was well taken care of during my pregnancy. They were thorough in exams, tests, and always kind!! I’m grateful to Dr. Charity and his staff for their manner and care I received.
Dr Charity is Very professional and very personable! I've been coming to this location from Aiken and North Augusta since 2016, and will continue to do so for as long as I'm in the CSRA!
Dr Charity was so kind and accommodating, however the front office staff was rude and unprofessional. There was a lady sitting behind the front desk (not on the phone and not talking to anyone) and she didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Since it was my first visit, I expected new patient paperwork right when signing in. Instead, I had to sit back down because she literally did not acknowledge my presence. She didn’t explain anything and seemed frustrated if I asked a question. We are considering going elsewhere simply because of our initial front desk experience.
