I usually have a difficult time getting appointments that work for my daughter and my schedule, however Mary Kay was a delight so kind and positive. She made it easy and uncomplicated. She took her time to check for sooner dates instead of rushing me off the phone and saying oh well. Definitely hope to schedule all future appointments for my daughter with her.

I have been a patient of this practice for almost 10 years. I love Dr. Burns and Amy so much. Mostly everyone in this office is always pleasant and I haven’t had any problems until recently. In March of this year, I came to check in for a wellness visit and was called to Lindsey’s desk. From the min I got there, her personality was on the floor. I work in healthcare and do front desk work as well and the person at the desk can generally set the tone for the rest of the visit. She was very flat and she acted as if I was annoying her.
