Wife and I used this family owed business because we heard from friends the "Commish" was professional and thorough. We ended up losing the house before the purchase so we needed another pre purchase inspection. We called Mr. Johnson's company back out for next house. He saw that we were down so this time he said a prayer and told us to claim it. He talked us through the inspection pointing out issues.They found an issue that I had walked passed several times. First choice did an amazing job. The inspection report was very detailed and easy to read. Photos of property were clear with problem areas circled or pointed out with arrows. Process was simple and professional from beginning to end, even with me being out of town. I would definitely use this company again.
