Mr. Wallace was professional and seemed confident in his ability to provide quality service. He patiently explained what services he was performing as as well as any parts that were needed. He never used any pressure tactics to get me to replace any parts needed. He always assured me that it was totally my decision.
Our air conditioner stopped working during the summer. It took a few days for someone to come and look at it; however, our technician (Spencer) was so helpful and positive while working on our unit. He was able to fix everything within 2-3 hours and answered any questions we had.
This is the 3rd time we have used Duggan’s Heating and Air and I could not say enough positive things about our technician Spencer if I tried. Spencer is very knowledgeable and respectful of your home. I’ve never felt pressured to buy something I was not sure we needed and I appreciate the upfront honest feedback about what our issue was, what happened to cause it, and how to avoid it in the future. Even when the cause of the issue is my fault. The pricing is very fair and I won’t use any other company as long as Spencer is with Duggans.
